To ensure a safe and enjoyable environment for all members, please adhere to the following policies:

1. Membership: All members must have a valid membership to access the gym facilities.

2. Group Classes Reservations: Sign up in advance for group classes to secure your spot. Arrive on time; late entry may not be permitted. Cancellations within 3 hours are subject to a $10 charge. No shows are subject to a $20 charge.

3. Check-In: Please check-in to your class at the front desk upon arrival.

4. Attire: Appropriate gym attire must be worn at all times. No shoes are allowed on the blue gymnastics floor. No outdoor shoes are allowed anywhere else in the gym.

5. Hygiene: Please bring a clean towel and wipe down equipment after use. Use the provided sanitizing stations frequently.

6. Personal Belongings: Cabinets are available for use during your visit. Do not leave valuables unattended; the gym is not responsible for lost or stolen items.

7. Noise Level: Respect others by keeping noise to a minimum. Use headphones for personal audio devices.

8. Courtesy: Treat fellow members and staff with respect. Harassment or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated.

9. Child Supervision: Children under the age of 16 are not allowed in the gym withouton the gym floor. Please utilize our childcare services if available.

10. Personal Training: Only Kazam Gymnastics staff members are allowed to provide personal training services. Members cannot solicit or provide paid training services.

11. Health and Safety: Consult a physician before starting any new exercise program. Follow instructions provided by staff.

12. Emergency Procedures: In case of an emergency, follow staff instructions and exit procedures.

13. Membership Freeze/Cancellation: Review our membership freeze and cancellation policies. Requests must be submitted in writing [at least 3 days in advance] before the next billing cycle.

14. Updates: Gym policies may be updated from time to time.
